About Us

Think Well To Be Well is a new concept in well-being. UK’s renowned dietitian and best-selling author Azmina Govindji and international life coach and author Nina Puddefoot, joined forces to develop a simple and sustainable approach to how you can improve and affect your own health.

Think Well To Be Well offers workshops, seminars and 1-1 coaching sessions, that can improve the way you think about and approach your health, and various aspects of your life. This in turn can have a powerful impact on your motivation and overall productivity in your work place and business.

Azmina Govindji BSc SRD is a consultant nutritionist and dietitian, NLP Practitioner and author. She was previously Chief Dietitian to Diabetes UK, where she acted as a National Consultant on diet and diabetes for 8 years. She has produced two diabetes education videos with GMTV's Dr Hilary Jones.

She now works as a freelance consultant as well as voluntarily for national organisations such as the British Heart Foundation and the Diabetes Research and Wellness Foundation. She is currently Chairperson of the British Dietetic Association (BDA) PR Committee and a member of the BDA Executive Council, acting as national BDA media spokesperson.

Azmina has written ten books, including Healthy Eating for Diabetes with Antony Worrall Thompson, Quick and Easy Cooking for Diabetes, Weight Watcher’s 123 Success Cookbook, Sainsbury’s Quick and Easy Curries and Great Healthy Food: Diabetes. She contributes to Reader’s Digest publications - Food for Your Body (2001), Reader’s Digest Guide to Vitamins, Minerals and Supplements (2000). She also appears on TV (e.g.BBC Body Spies, ITV This Morning) and radio (e.g. LBC, Radio 4, Radio 5 Live) and writes for consumer magazines such as Men’s Health. She contributes to websites as expert dietitian and takes part in live diet chats on

She was co-ordinator and presenter of the Department of Health video ‘Enjoying Healthy Living’, which was launched last year. Azmina won the Aga Khan Education Board (UK) National Award for Excellence 2002 for outstanding professional achievement, judged by the former Chief Medical Officer for the Department of Health, Professor Kenneth Calman.

Nina Puddefoot is a Master Practitioner and Certified NLP Trainer and development life coach. She works with leading-edge and creative models of thinking within multinational organisations and industries as well as individuals worldwide.

She is an author and a regular presenter of public programmes, talks and workshops and has recently appeared as a guest speaker on The Aurora.

Nina has been featured in a series of programmes about business and health for cable television and regularly makes contributions to newspapers and magazines, such as the Cosmopolitan, the Guardian and the Sunday People.

Recent projects include lending her expertise to a Department of Health video with the Aga Khan Health Board(Uk). Here she added a holistic approach which enables viewers to be inspired to self-manage their health.

In all her projects, she continuously seeks creative ways of empowering people to make lifestyle changes and it is these skills that she brings to all her writing.

She is renowned for her ability to quickly establish relationships with sensitivity and humour and for enriching and inspiring the lives of others through her support for individuals’ empowerment and passion.
